Garlic oil

For hypertension, I was given three “rapid release” softgels of garlic oil, each gel equivalent to a 5000 mg of fresh garlic bulb. Under the Puritan’s Pride Premium brand, it is guaranteed to be all-natural and additive-free.

I was advised to take 3 gels in the morning or 1 gel three time a day preferably with meals.

I have been taking it for several weeks as an adjunct to losartan 50 mg (still afraid to give up the drug entirely, fearing withdrawal effects), and thus far, I can readily say garlic oil in this dose is effective in minimizing the symptoms of hypertension. Try it!
